These terms govern access to and use of ZenAIPilot by businesses, administrators, and authorized users.

By accessing or using ZenAIPilot, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
2. Service Scope
ZenAIPilot provides business automation, communication workflow tooling, AI-assisted operations, and related software services. Features may vary by plan and may evolve over time.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, user access, lawful use of customer data, and ensuring your team uses the platform in compliance with applicable law and third-party platform rules.
4. Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. GST is currently not charged. If GST becomes legally applicable, it may be added to invoices in accordance with law.
5. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or material breach of these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes, or third-party platform continuity.
7. Governing Entity
These terms are offered by IOZENIX CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated in India on March 9, 2026.
