Refund and Cancellation Policy
This page explains subscription cancellation, billing treatment, and refund handling for ZenAIPilot.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle. Access may continue until the current paid period ends unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds
Because ZenAIPilot is a software service with digital access and setup costs, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly approve a refund.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate payments, proven billing errors, or other clear payment issues. Approval remains at our sole discretion unless law requires otherwise.
4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider and banking systems involved.
