This page confirms receipt of Meta or Facebook data deletion requests for ZenAIPilot and explains how those requests are handled.

Deletion Support

ZenAIPilot accepts data deletion requests submitted through supported Meta integrations and our support team.

How We Process Requests

When Meta sends a user data deletion callback, ZenAIPilot records the request, generates a confirmation code, and routes the request for operational review. Deletion is then handled according to the customer account relationship, product configuration, and applicable legal retention requirements.

What May Be Deleted

Depending on the connected account and applicable law, this may include profile data, linked integration records, support metadata, and conversation-associated information that ZenAIPilot controls as a processor or service provider.
